These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website beaconfrontdesk.com and the services provided by Beacon ("we," "us," or "our"), a Scottsdale, Arizona–based business. By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
Beacon builds and manages an "AI Front Desk" — customer-communication automation for local businesses. Depending on your plan, this can include automatic text-back for missed calls, instant responses to website leads, review requests after completed jobs, quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, and a monthly performance report. We build the system, run it, monitor it, and support it for you.
The AI Front Desk is $2,000 per month, flat. No setup fee, no long-term contract. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
You can cancel any month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep the service through the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again. To cancel, use your billing portal or contact us directly (details below). We don't charge cancellation fees.
Your first live demo is free and carries no obligation. We only begin billing when you expressly agree to a subscription.
Text-messaging features operate under our SMS Terms & Conditions, which include opt-in, opt-out (reply STOP), and message-frequency details. Our handling of personal information, including mobile numbers and consent, is described in our Privacy Policy — mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
We work hard to keep your automation running around the clock, and we monitor it so problems are usually fixed before you notice. That said, the service depends on third-party providers (such as telephone carriers, messaging networks, and email services), and we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation of systems we don't control. We'll always be straight with you about any issue and what we're doing about it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beacon's total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, arising from missed or delayed messages.
The automation systems, workflows, and website content we build and operate remain Beacon's property. Your business data — your customer lists, records, and messages — remains yours, and we'll return or delete it on request when service ends.
If we update these Terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated directly.
